Automation Trainings

Machining Your Future

At the center of your automation training is our Smart Factory system. This system simulates the factory floor environment. Our multi-station automated manufacturing line means you leave your training job ready.

Automation and robotics work when multiple systems are in sync.

Build Up Your Skills

The Automation and Robotics Center is designed to help you learn all the key systems used in an automated factory environment. You will experience and train on the entire system and all its components so you have the knowledge to keep production machines running.

  • Electrical motors (DC/AC, single, double and triple phase, etc., load calculation)
  • Mechanical balancing, tensioning, etc.
  • Pneumatics
  • Hydraulics
  • Industrial wiring and circuits
  • Networking
  • Programming

24/7 eLearning + Live Instructors

Learn the concepts behind the work. Your training plan includes interactive online lessons as well as active lab sessions with an instructor. Some certifications also include classroom time. It’s a comprehensive curriculum that ties theory to real-world industrial components.

You work at simulation stations that can randomly throw faults into the system—just like real life. Or the lab instructor can set you a particular puzzle to troubleshoot.

SACA Certifications and Industrial-Standard Equipment

Our training programs drive toward industry standard certifications from the Smart Automation Certification Alliance. To ensure you’re ready for this work, you train on equipment that is also industry standard including FANUC, Haas, and Rockwell.
