Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education Classes Customized for Employers

Our Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education (IELCE) program provides customized ELL classes on-site at local employers. Classes are held at Tyson Fresh Meats in Waterloo, and we are looking for additional employer partners. We help employees gain the skills they need to be successful at their job and advance in positions.

Employees learn digital literacy, workplace safety, U.S. workplace culture, employability, resume/interview skills, and communication skills while improving their English language and literacy. Other workforce training may also be available.
